Slow loading / Not seeing my Products or Categories on FluxBuilder

To make the app load faster or to fix missing Product Images, you would resize images, optimize the network request for Images.

For Wordpress

Please setup the Regenerate Image plugin, then be sure your site plugin has regenerated thumbnail like this https://tppr.me/ckgYZ

Firstly, go to Setting/ Media Settings, and set up the image sizes for the Product Image. This is our recommended settings - https://tppr.me/IbRvL

Secondly, go to Tools/Regenerate Thumbnails and click the blue button Regenerate Thumbnails For All xx Attachements, then wait for the process to complete https://tppr.me/1fKLE

To check if the image is generated correctly, go to Media and click to view any image files, select Regenerate and you can check the list of new images generated with xxx-smal or xxx-medium or xxx-large format https://tppr.me/1UpJj

After running the Regenerate successfully, open lib/env.dart and update this value "kIsResizeImage": true, , or if you are using FluxBuilder, enable Image Optimization as https://tppr.me/PaFLh

There is a good solution to optimize more image loading by converting the Image to Webp image type by using WebP Express plugin. This is also a good tool which is our recommendation to compress the images in order to optimize the image loading.

For Shopify

You can modify the width and height of images for high resolution. For example, set _imageWidth to 700 and _imageHeight is 1000 https://tppr.me/u24mx

For Prestashop

Go to Design > Image Settings, add list requirement images if it does not exist: small_default, medium_default, large_default. Then, tap the Regenerate thumbnails button: https://tppr.me/NO9VG

💠 If you see images have non-good resolution on FluxBuilder, don't worry, we downgrade the resolution of images to improve the speed of FluxBuilder. After building, the app loads images with high resolution smoothly on the real device.

Feature does not work on Simulator of FluxBuilder?

Please do not test the App's features on the simulator of FluxBuilder and Test APK because of the limitation of framework. It works normally on the app after you built.

Do not receive the email after signed up a new account

Please check on the Spam or Promotions in your email box to see if the email filter has moved that email. If you still do not find out the email, please go to FluxBuilder and select "Forgot password” FluxBuilder will send you a new email.

Can not activate purchase code on FluxBuilder

If you get this notice "Your code just supports FluxStore xyz app" https://tppr.me/mZlEU

It means that you are choosing incorrect products, please make sure you choose the correct app on Builder Wizard screen https://tppr.me/Zi2lM

How can I save the work on my app?

Please activate the license with the purchase code of the app you have bought. Then you will see this UPDATE or SAVE button

The customized Design is not affected in Android Studio

Question: I use the FluxBuilder and design the app on it, then I copy to my env.dart and config_en.json, but when I debug it on Android Studio, it doesn't change anything.

Solution: Please set isCaching to false in lib/env.dart file as https://tppr.me/KzZyzDouble-check the information of your website in serverConfig in lib/env.dart file to make sure it is correct. For example, FluxStore Multi Vendors app: https://tppr.me/exrM7

FluxBuilder does not work / FluxBuilder crashes

If any features on FluxBuilder do not work or crash, please delete the cache, it will be solved.

To delete the cache, please Export all your customization to your local, then select Recents, then click Delete All as this image

When opening in Windows, FluxBuilder starts and closes.

Make sure your Windows 10 or 11 is 64-bit. And follow this guide

💬 FluxBuilder.pkg can not be opened

If you get failed when double-clicking FluxBuilder.pkg to install, you can solve by press Right-click on FluxBuilder.pkg, select Open on drop menu, select Open again on the notice.

💬 Login failed after signing up

On Login screen, please select "Forgot Password" then check the email to create a new password and try to login again.

💬 My products and images is not displayed

💬 How to make many apps with this FluxBuilder?

To create multiple apps using FluxBuilder, you will need to purchase the corresponding Fluxstore app multiple times.

This is due to the policy on Codecanyon (Envato), which stipulates that one purchase code may only be used for one website. Therefore, please ensure that you purchase our app on Codecanyon as our app is protected by Envato's licenses.

💬 Why can not I drag the elements on FluxBuilder?

You need to press & hold in 3-4 seconds then drag & drop.

💬 Do Fluxstore apps provide the admin panel?

No, they don't. We do not provide the website/backend/admin. Our app syncs data with your existing website/backend.

Btw, for Woocommerce, we have a website that has already configured all. You can download it for free here (single vendor).

💬 Can I keep the same looks in the app and website?

Yes, of course. You can use the free FluxBuilder tool and change your app design same looks as websites.
